Orders
You can place your order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and checking out with your preferred payment method. Browse our gourmet grocery selections here.
- Standard Delivery: Orders above $99 enjoy free delivery. Otherwise, a $10 delivery fee applies.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available only for orders above $110, with a $10 fee.
- Store Pickup: No minimum spend — pickup is always free.
All items shown on the website are available for purchase. In the rare case of stock issues, our team will contact you.
Please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat as soon as possible. Changes may be accepted if your order hasn’t been packed yet.
Delivery
We offer Standard Delivery, Same-Day Delivery, and even Store Pickup. Please refer to our Delivery Schedule for more details.
Standard Delivery is free for orders above $99; a $10 fee applies otherwise. You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. The delivery window is 3–6 PM on Monday to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays).

Here's our standard delivery schedule and its cut-off timing:
- Mon–Thu:
Order before 12:30 PM → delivered next day.
Order after 12:30 PM → delivered in 2 days. - Fri:
Order before 12:30 PM → delivered Saturday.
Order after 12:30 PM → delivered Tuesday. - Sat & Sun: Delivered Tuesday.
- Public Holidays: Delivered in 2 days.
Same-Day Delivery is available for orders above $110 with a $10 fee. The delivery window is 4–7 PM and it's available Monday to Saturday only (excluding Public Holidays).
You will be able to select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Here's our same-day delivery schedule and its cut-off timing:
- Order before 3 PM for same-day service.
- Orders after 3 PM will be delivered on the next available day.
Specific time delivery cannot be guaranteed. For urgent or special timing, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat and we will see what we can do to help.
You may leave an order note before checking out and request for us to leave the box at your doorstep. Our thermal packaging keeps your items cool for up to 2 hours, but we recommend refrigerating or freezing the items ASAP upon delivery.
Yes, redelivery is chargeable at $10 if no one is available to receive the order and no prior instructions were given.
Yes! Please select your preferred date at checkout.
Store Pickup is free with no minimum spend. You can choose your pickup date at checkout. Cut-off times follow the Standard Delivery schedule.
You will be able to select your preferred self-collection date at checkout.

Products
We offer both! Each product listing specifies whether it’s fresh, frozen, or chilled.
Yes! We source all our A5 Japanese Wagyu directly from Japan, with full certification. Each cut is hand-trimmed and freshly sliced just before delivery for optimal quality.
We recommend using only salt and a hot pan for A5 Wagyu — its intense marbling and flavor shine best with simple preparation.
Yes. If you’re not planning to consume it within 1–2 days, you can freeze it immediately upon receiving. It can be kept frozen for up to 6 months. For best cooking results, defrost it slowly in the fridge overnight before cooking.
While our New Zealand King Salmon is exceptionally fresh and clean, and many of our customers do enjoy it raw, it is not officially certified as sashimi-grade. We recommend consuming it within 24 hours of delivery for the best quality and safety.
We offer Patagonian Toothfish, also commonly known as Chilean Seabass. It’s a premium deep-sea fish prized for its rich, buttery texture and high natural oil content, making it perfect for grilling, roasting, or steaming. They are wild-caught from the pristine waters of the Southern Ocean, it’s a favorite among chefs and seafood lovers alike.
Store seafood in the coldest part of your fridge and consume within 1–2 days. If not eating immediately, we recommend freezing it right away.
Boil them from frozen for 6–8 minutes or pan-fry with a little water and oil for crispy-bottom dumplings. Cooking instructions are also available on the product page.
We carry both organic and carefully handpicked non-organic produce. Product pages will specify whether an item is organic or not.
Most of our meats and seafood are cut-to-order, unless otherwise stated. If you prefer block cuts or sliced versions, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or WeChat.
We welcome custom cut or portion requests. Just contact our team via WhatsApp. Please note that special orders may require 1–2 extra days for processing.But we will need 1-2 days of extra processing time for special orders.
Packaging
We use biodegradable thermal boxes and recyclable ice packs to keep your food fresh and eco-friendly.
Our boxes can safely remain outside for up to 2 hours, but items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately after that.
No return is required, but we encourage customers to reuse or recycle them where possible.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. If there are any issues, contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat on the day of delivery.
