Your order will come in a biodegradable thermal box with recyclable ice packs. If you're not home, it can be safely left at your doorstep for up to 2 hours. However, please try to store items in the fridge or freezer ASAP to keep them fresh.

Carrasco Iberico has been producing cured ham in Spain for more than 125 years. Its Iberican pigs roam freely, eating upwards of 10kg of acorns (Bellota) every day. Carrasco Iberico is widely regarded as one of the best producers of 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham. The uniquely marbled Ibericos, which have much closer links to local wild boars than white pigs, roam free range and feast on acorns that litter the ground across the Carrasco dehesa. The pigs are kept at least three years.
