Nothing beats our poussin when it comes to succulent spring chicken. With tender, delicate, all-white meat, this is truly the veal of chicken. Our chickens are raised on farms that meet the most stringent criteria and are certified organic and humane. They are raised in open barns with plenty of space, and fed a clean grain diet with no antibiotics or hormones.

They stay in a stress-free environment with our farmers trying to replicate a free roaming environment as legally possible and have never been and never will be housed in cages. The farm is the first to obtain a stringent certification of humane animal welfare in the entire Southeast Asia.
