En Beaumont 2021
Vineyard & Terroir
• En Beaumont is a plot planted entirely with Savagnin, located on a southeast-exposed slope at about 300 m elevation. The soil is composed of grey marl with clay sedimentation, characteristics typical of the Jura terroir .
• The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo barrel fermentation and aging on the lees in used Burgundian barrels, with careful topping–up to maintain freshness—consistent with the estate’s overall winemaking philosophy .

• Appearance & Aroma: Bright yellow hue with green highlights. Aromas of green apple, crisp citrus, and even gunflint—suggestive of freshness and minerality.
