100% biodynamic farming, handpicked, sorted, and pressed. The wine is aged for 12 months in 20% new oak barrels and then spends another 6 months in stainless steel barrels before bottling.

Aroma: Fresh white peach, citrus, lemon, minerals. The taste is soft with lively acidity and a more refined quality compared to other entry-level wines!
