This wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay grapes harvested from different plots in the village of Milly Lamartine, all located at relatively high altitudes, with an average altitude of 450 meters, which is considered quite high in the relatively flat Burgundy region. The total area is 4.5 hectares. After a light crushing and brief settling, the grapes are fermented and aged in large, medium-toasted oak barrels.
