Each matsutake mushroom is carefully handpicked by village farmers in Yunnan, then swiftly transported by drone to our sorting center. Here, they undergo meticulous selection, freeze-drying, slicing, and packaging. Only the unblemished, mid-section mushrooms measuring 7-9cm in size are chosen to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
