Quinta Sardonia is a small winery located in Sardón del Duero. Created by famed winemaker Peter Sisseck, founder of Dominio de Pingus and Jerome Bougnaud in 1998. Presently belongs to Terras Gaudas. The winery has its own vineyards in plots that occupy a total area of approximately 20 hectares where Tempranillo or Tinto fino varieties are grown, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot through techniques of organic viticulture and biodynamic rhythms for greater sustainability of the vineyard. The wines of Quinta Sardonia have a great personality. The wines with innovative little known techniques give character and personality to the wine.
