陈源和酱油皆为古法纯酿造酱油、无添加,并根据豆汁和水的比例调制不同浓度。在后续熬煮过程中,并不另外加盐,您品尝到的盐度完全源自原始酿造豆汁。浓度越高的酱油,豆香味越浓郁且回甘,虽然盐度较高,但用量更省。属于中浓度酱油, 建议初次品尝的您,根据喜好斟酌用量。
