How to make it:
1️⃣ Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
2️⃣ Soak in lightly salted water for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Oven-bake or air fry at 200°C for 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Remove and give them a quick dip in ice water – this helps even caramelisation and loosens the skin (wrinkles & shrivels are perfectly fine
5️⃣ Pop them back into the oven/air fryer for another 15 minutes until golden, caramelised, and irresistible.
