Our A5 Snow Beef - The legendary Wagyu is called Cult Wagyu. The cattles are raised in the severe cold of Hokkaido and the marbling patterns resemble snow crystals. The farm used to be a private ranch and the number of cattle is extremely low, our Hokkaido Snow Beef had never left Hokkaido till 2014. Even now that it has become world-famous, they emphasise on quality control, and only a limited number of cattle are shipped.
Our A5 Sukiyaki cut is well marbled, fatty, and has a luxurious melt-in-your-mouth feel. It is tender, finely marbled, and has a distinct bright red and white colour contrast.
